“Your Guide to Breastfeeding” – “Your Guide to Breastfeeding” was developed by the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and is an easy- to- read booklet designed to provide women with the information and support they need to breastfeed successfully. The Guide explains why breastfeeding is important and how loved ones can support a mother’s decision to breastfeed. “Your Guide to Breastfeeding” is available in English, Spanish and Chinese.
